Jenifer began serving as President of MBCU in December 2017. Jenifer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Lincoln University and a Master of Business Administration degree from William Woods University. She began her career in public accounting where she spent time auditing credit unions of various sizes before deciding to move into the private sector. She has served as President of Central Electric Credit Union and, most recently, as Membership Coordinator for the Sam B. Cook Healthplex at Capital Region Medical Center.
Jenifer is married to Adam and has three boys-Christopher, Justin, and Brady. She is a member of Russellville Baptist Church. Her family loves spending time together, usually while her boys are playing football, basketball, or baseball!

Sarah Earls, Loan Officer

Sarah began serving as a Loan Officer for MBCU in October 2023. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations / Communications. She previously worked for U.S. Bank as the Sales and Service Coordinator and in the Hannibal-LaGrange University Financial Aid Office.
Sarah is married to Drew and has three children: Aiden, Maddox, and Blair. She is a member of Russellville Baptist Church. Sarah and her family love being outdoors, hiking, playing sports, and family movie nights!

Our History
50 years ago a group of Baptists came together looking for a better way to handle their finances. With the help of the Missouri Credit Union League, The Missouri Baptist Credit Union was soon formed and a State Charter was approved in April of 1963. MBCU has now grown into a full-service financial institution ready to serve the Baptist Community.
Membership Eligibility
Membership eligibility to join Missouri Credit Union includes the following:
Employees of the entities, institutions, churches, and associations affiliated with or who have a historical relationship with the Missouri Baptist Convention; Employees of the Missouri Baptist Convention; and also to members of Churches and Associations located within the State of Missouri and affiliated with or who have a historical relationship with the Missouri Baptist Convention; Immediate and extended families of members of the Missouri Baptist Credit Union who herein meet eligibility based one or more of the said qualifications. The definition of immediate and extended families includes spouse, child, sibling, parent, grandparent, grandchild, aunt, uncle, niece, nephew, first cousin, or legal guardian.
