Jenifer began serving as President of MBCU in December 2017. Jenifer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Lincoln University and a Master of Business Administration degree from William Woods University. She began her career in public accounting where she spent time auditing credit unions of various sizes before deciding to move into the private sector. She has served as President of Central Electric Credit Union and, most recently, as Membership Coordinator for the Sam B. Cook Healthplex at Capital Region Medical Center.
Jenifer is married to Adam and has three boys-Christopher, Justin, and Brady. She is a member of Russellville Baptist Church. Her family loves spending time together, usually while her boys are playing football, basketball, or baseball!

Alicia Amos, Loan Officer

Alicia began serving as a Loan Officer for MBCU in September 2024. Previously, she served as the Ministry Assistant for the Concord Baptist Association.
Alicia is married to Tony, and together they have one child, Emma. She is a member of Russellville Baptist Church, where she and her husband serve in Middle School and Worship ministry. She also serves as a content writer for Waiting in Hope Infertility Ministries. Outside of work and ministry, Alicia and her family enjoy quality time together at home.
